• Efficient and systematic method to apply shock treatment to the swimming pool.
• Minimizes and protects the swimming pool wall and floor from corrosion. 
• Prevents the user from inhaling toxic chlorine fumes.
• Minimizes direct contact with chlorine residues that are harmful to eyes, skin, and clothes.
• Allows the user to disperse one pound (1lb) of the powdered chlorine in a pool within approximately 1 minute.
• Allows the user to broadcast powdered chlorine for a minimal of 60-75% pool surface area.
• Allows the user to broadcast powdered chlorine from a stationary position.
